Honeycomber, 8% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey from Apex Bee Company (Preston, MD). Our taphouse staple, this is a great introduction to mead. Drinks very light and refreshing, and finishes mostly dry with a hint of floral and sweetness.

Honeydrifter, 14% ABV
A carbonated honey mead with wildflower honey from Apex Bee Company (Preston, MD). The big brother to our Honeycomber, this mead still drinks super smooth but packs a punch at 14%. Backsweetened with a touch of honey, you'll get the full wildflower honey flavor with a mostly dry finish.
Soulstice, 8% ABV
A carbonated session mead made with elderberry, ginger, and hibiscus, (sourced from Health Freedom in Berlin, MD, and distributed by Mountain Rose Herbs). Collab with Erin @ Health Freedom- thanks for crafting this recipe! This mead has a bold ginger note that balances well with the elderberry flavor. It boasts a bright red color, a floral hibiscus note, and a dry finish.
Beached Peach, 6.7% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey and peaches from Cole Farms (Berlin, MD). Semi-sweet and full of peach flavor, this mead was our biggest seller last year!

A lightly carbonated session mead with Sweet potatoes from Splendid Earth Farm (Berlin, MD), carrots from Baywater Farms (Salisbury, MD), apples from Stag Run Farm (Georgetown, DE), and cinnamon.

Roasted Series featuring Iron Skillet, 8% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey and fair trade, organic decaf coffee from Iron Skillet Coffee (Berlin, MD). Drinks light and refreshing with a robust coffee aroma and slight vanilla on the finish.

Apple + Pear, 6.9% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey (Preston, MD). Apples and Pears were sourced from our community orchard, including from Carol Rose's backyard orchard in Berlin, MD. This mead has notes of both fruits, with a semi sweet finish.
Through the Grapevine, 6.9% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey (Preston, MD) and conditioned with red wine Chambourcin grapes (Costa Ventosa Vineyard, Whaleyville, MD). A deep red color, this mead tastes like adult grape juice with a fizz.
Blackberry + Peach
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey (Preston, MD), blackberries (Pereyra Farms, Newark, MD), and peaches (Bennett Orchards, Frankford, DE). A semi-sweet mead, this batch has a light blackberry tartness that is quickly mellowed by the sweeter peach flavor. A red color and a bit hazy from the real peach juice added. Crushable and delicious.
We sourced blackberries from multiple farms for this batch, including Nat Sun Farm (Bishopville, MD), Bratten Farms (Whaleyville, MD), and Pereyra Farms (Newark, MD).
BRAMBLIN' ON, 6.9% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey and blackberries from multiple local farms. A bold blackberry flavor, a dry finish, and a beautiful deep ruby red color, this mead is one of our favorites. The most wine-line of our current mead lineup, this is one of the most popular flavors we make.
We sourced blackberries from multiple farms for this batch, including Nat Sun Farm (Bishopville, MD), Bratten Farms (Whaleyville, MD), and Pereyra Farms (Newark, MD).
Pear & Ginger, 6.9% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey (Preston, MD). Pears were sourced from our community orchard, including from Kate at Lower Shore Land Trust, Nate with Burley Building Company, and the gals at Stand+Bloom Farm. Light and crisp, with a ginger bite. A reluctant nod to fall.
Apple Cyser, 6.9% ABV
A carbonated, cider-mead blend with honey from Apex Bee Company (Preston, MD), and apples from East View Farms (Frankford, DE). A burst of apple flavor with a dry finish. Freaking delicious.
Spittin' Seeds, 6.6% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey from Apex Bee Company, and watermelon from East View Farms (Frankford, DE). Bursting with real watermelon flavor and drinks light and refreshing. It's summertime, baby!
STRAWBUDDY, 6.9% ABV
A carbonated, session mead with wildflower honey and strawberries. Sourced from Apex Bee Company (Preston, MD) and Pereyra Farms (Newark, MD). This mead has a bold strawberry flavor and is semi-sweet. We added 10 gallons of fresh-pressed strawberry juice into 2 BBL. Very crushable and absolutely delicious.
Most of the berries actually came from our own farm (Nat Sun Farm, Bishopville, MD), the blueberries are from Bennett Orchards (Frankford, DE), and some blackberries were from Pereyra Farms (Newark, MD).
June Buggy, 6.9% ABV
A carbonated, session mead with honey from Apex Bee Company (Preston, MD) and five different berries from local farms. A complex berry burst of flavor, a bright red color, and a dry finish. Berries include: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and mulberries.

STRAWBUDDY + MINT, 6.9% ABV
A carbonated, session mead with honey (Apex Bee Company, Preston, MD), strawberries (Pereyra Farms, Newark, MD), and spearmint (6 Kings Farm and LoveYourMamaOC). With the same base as the Strawbuddy, this mead has a bold strawberry flavor and we added fresh mint to make it refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day.
STRAWBUDDY + HOPS, 6.9% ABV
A carbonated, session mead with wildflower honey, strawberries, and Amarillo hops. Sourced from Apex Bee Company (Preston, MD) and Pereyra Farms (Newark, MD). With the same base as the Strawbuddy, this mead has a bold strawberry flavor and is dry-hopped to give a nice dry finish with plenty of citrus aroma and flavor.
OCEAN BLUE, 6.9% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey from Apex Bee Company (Preston, MD) and blueberries from Bennett Orchards (Frankford, DE). This mead is clean with a lovely blueberry flavor that's noticeable but not overwhelming, and a beautiful pink color. Dry finish.
Citrus, Hibiscus, & Coriander, 8% ABV
A carbonated session mead made with kumquat (Bhuma Growers, NJ), hibiscus (University of Maryland Extension Farm, Princess Anne, MD), and coriander (NatSun Farm, MD). This mead is tangy and refreshing with bold citrus notes and finishes with subtle coriander. The hibiscus comes through with a slight floral note and blends well with the honey. A light pink color.
Ginger + Honey, 8% ABV
A carbonated session mead with fresh ginger grown locally at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Extension Farm (Princess Anne, MD). Conditioned with ginger and backsweetened with honey, this mead has a hint of spicy kick that mellows quickly to a semi-sweet finish. a light and refreshing flavor, perfect for a spring day.
Pineapple Rum Barrel Aged Honeycomber, 8% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey from Apex Bee Company (Preston, MD). Aged in American Oak, charred pineapple rum barrels from Lyon Rum Distilling in St. Michael's, Maryland.
Peppermint Perk, 8% ABV
Carbonated session mead made with real candy canes and organic, fair trade, decaf coffee from Rise Up Coffee (Easton, MD). This mead has prominent notes of peppermint, but blends well with the coffee to give a smooth finish and leaves you thinking of a peppermint mocha.
Barrel Aged Honeycomber, 7% ABV
A carbonated session mead with honey from Apex Bee Company (Preston, MD). Aged in American oak, charred rum barrel from Lyon Rum Distilling (St. Michaels, MD). A bold burst of rum flavor, mellowed out by robust oak finish. A fantastic mead.
Wild Apple Cyser #1, 6.9% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey and apples from Stag Run Farm (Georgetown, DE). Apple juice was wild fermented for 24 hours before pitching yeast, so this mead has a wild and sour funk.
Wild Apple Cyser #2, 5% ABV
Carbonated session mead with wildflower honey and apples from Stag Run Farm (Georgetown, DE). Apple juice was wild fermented for 48 hours this time, so the taste is tart and distinctly different from the sourness of the #1 version.
